Very efficient staff. Went on to get some glass cut and it was done with efficiently and professionally. I really appreciated this on the day I was having!

The customer service staff is very helpful and courteous. After having to return a recent purchase my first thought was to have an in-store reselection. But after having the manner of the office personnel slamming the item on the counter and storming off before issuing a refund I sought to take my business elsewhere in fear of having to interact with that team member again. Would not recommend this establishment if this is the manner returns are dealt with.

If I could give no stars I would. Went here to purchase 4 pieces of glass/mirrors and encountered POOR POOR customer service and unmannerly behaviours from one of the employees by the name of Mackenzie. Proceeds to bill me extremely high for 1 piece of the glass that was a 2” difference for the other. Never again. Awful service!!!

I remember as school boy my relatives saying when they needed hardware stuff that they going to Flintstones...making the point that this hardware as lived the test of time...still going strong with good customer service and a wide cross section. Of item to choose from.
