I made sure to go to the head office to pay my bill as online transactions can take several days and I want to avoid disruption of service. I paid my bill in full, got my receipt, and got a msg 4 hours later saying no money has been paid/credited to my account and payment should be made to avoid disconnection, a phone call to customer service and I was assured that my account is in fine standing ... Probably a glitch they said 😳...... This is 2023 flow ... Get it together and get it right....🙈🙉🙊

I visited this morning 18/06/2021 at 8:40. I was not prepared for the service I received at reception desk, as I am always impressed with the service. I however, was not impressed on this occasion due to the offhand ish manner in which the clerk behaved. Her tone and choice of words did not make up a good offer of customer service. I hope Flow monitors these posts such that one person does not taint your outlet. Based on the time and date mentioned in this post, I hope you can find out from the person on duty at the time if she was/is having a personal challenge.
