Some times you have to wait long, but The service here is always great and the staff here is very friendly and helpful

My wife had fallen and was experiencing significant pain around the middle of her body, We went to the clinic which is drop in clinic and the medical staff were very professional and were able to diagnosis the problem and offer reassurance that nothing seriously wrong and prescribed some medication to relieve the pain. My wife left the clinic appreciative of the quality of care she received.
We were tourists so a passport was required for service. Also being a drop in clinic it took a while to be seen but the wait was worth it.

Staff and doctors are patient and mannerly. Setup is organized and they will prioritize you if you're in critical condition. Otjee patients have usually been very understanding and orderly.

They are very professional if they know that you have a problem that is not there field they reccomend you to a specialist which is rare
