Terrible customer service. Despite making a clear error in my order, they refuse to refund/replace my food. Instead, they want to drive back to them for the omitted ingredients, go back home, disassemble the rice bowl , reheat the components and re-make it myself (how they were supposed to)
Absolute madness. As a repeat customer, I will NEVER be back.
