I am a very happy customer, because the appointment was on time. Before I came from my first activity, the Go Rental lady was waiting for me. There was full insurance coverage on the rental car with no deposit. On other website they ask deposit of US $1000 and US $2000.
Before I leave they ask me by email to confirm the time and place of delivery of the rental car. I deliver the car early in the morning at 7 am and because the Go Office was closed I park the car at the last row of the parking area without checking with the Go Officer and drop the key at the dropbox.
I took pictures of the interior and exterior of the car and send to them. I want to confirm that the Car has no damaged.

Go Rent A Car was wonderful to work with. The original car we booked was too small to fit the luggage so they gave us an upgrade at the same price. When we had a flat tire they were there to replace the car within an hour. We had a great experience with this company.

Hello this was the first time I used Go car rental and at short notice they provided me a car for 2 days! I give them credit for this and also their customer service is excellent.
I know that they customarily give clients top line newer cars however, the car I received was older, and the key fob did not work so I could not lock the car except with the use of the key which I discovered when my mind pushed me to check that the car was locked and it would or could not luck with the fob.
The car even tho old was clean and I give Go credit for that!
Overall I do recommend Go and the service they give!
I gave a lower score due to the key fob for which I should have been informed that it was not operational.

This team I would recommend to anyone! My flight was delayed well past the scheduled time and arrived on the island after the office was closed. They made arrangements to make sure I was able to get the car. ALL communication with them was very professional and helpful. When I thought I was being a bother they responded to my questions and took care of me.
