I have passed this park a good few times, taking the beautiful landscaping for granted - oh a beautiful area in Barbados, ok! Families were sat after work and school talking, eating a snack. I've seen people eating lunch there many a time, but this time I decided that I would take a moment. A moment was all I needed, yet it wasn't nearly enough. It is such a lovely space, and looking at the other reviews, I only saw a quarter. I look forward to visiting more often and discovering more.

Really modernized park. LED screen, history memorials, benches to rest, beauty gardening, and a plaza. Nice stop if in the city.

The current government 2020' pushed ahead to demolish old buildings and build this heritage themed park highlighting Clement Payne.
It is possible to find family names on an impressive wall in the center.

Located in historical Bridgetown, a little walk away from the centre, this area has more emphasis on Barbados's pastime and it's people, here you'll find a few relics of the country's past, surnames of Barbadians that is indigenous to its people as you'll find many people with the same last name on the island, an area where locals meet up and relax with friends or play games, a few cultural and independence events is held here.
