This is my personal account of my lived experience with Greenleaf Realty in Barbados. Unprofessional, unethical, unreliable. Though my house looks ok, it was due to me having the ability to not only pay for my finishes, but to pay for problems to go away. Though they advise that they offer customisation, not only do you pay for what you want, but on top of that, are charged a “customisation fee”. You’re billed for something as simple as wanting different bathroom tiles (an alleged inconvenience fee to the contractor lol!!). My biggest grievances were 1) an item clearly visible in my approved plans was excluded and 2) there were construction delays with little to no plausible explanation. I highly do not recommend.
