A variety of shops are to be found but the one I use (Nature's Discount) sells vitamins, supplements, etc., and they are a decent store with a fairly extensive product range. Other stores sell everything from shoes to electronics, but I can't vouch for them.

Went to the shop that sells supplements and in there the staff were friendly and helpful.

A great 24 hr gym, fully stocked nature's discount( herbs, health food, books on health, herbs etc) and a payless shoe source ❤
