Great experience with the Customer service Supervisor, Mr. Joesph who is very knowledgeable about hardware/home care. He is willing to serve you like me with ease; there is nobody as competent as him in the entire store. It is always a Wonderful experience and service from Mr. Joseph, look out for him, ask for him people went you visit this place....ask for him, Mr. Joseph, "ya 'ear!!!

The service was quick and the prices seem reasonable. I only bought a 3 prong extension cord for $12.
The guards at the door are usually mannerly and pleasant to interact with and the cashier I dealt with was helpful.
You have to place your bag(s) at the door, but you are given a tag with a number on it that matches the one the guard places on your bag. The bag is kept near the door, but the guard is stationed there.

Well stocked neighborhood hardware store with helpful staff. Ample parking for their level of customer count.
Got some tough work gloves here, when no one else had the right kind in stock. Reasonably priced too, plus a further discount.

At peak times, parking can be an issue. On my last visit I had to wait long to get assistance, only to find out I'd have to come back the next day because what I wanted wasn't on the shelf yet.

Usually a good experience but the phone just rang, unanswered. Hence my visit to Carter’s. No need for unnecessary/ wasteful driving with these gas prices.
