Love this insurance company, service and greeting upon arrival is always welcoming...attentive agents with helpful information and guidance...always make me feel at ease while doing business with them.

Signed up for Term life insurance back in 2019 ,received a letter from my credit union that my policy was terminated.I called and went to ICBL office to be told the policy that I was paying was canceled back in November of 2022 ,I've been paying into a policy that was canceled,when asked why I was not notified I was told they sent me an email which upon review they had
entered the wrong email address, This Is shabby business and incompetence at its highest..

Icbl sent my renewal form with certain rates etc. 1. The car was valued by a local car dealership. Icbl did not bring down the rates, even after proof from the car dealership of the value. 2. When I went to pay the amt that they sent to me, the cashier quoted a bigger amt.

I was unfortunate to have my back glass broken and I honestly don't know how it happened ...but I had to laugh until my stomach hurt because the said car went under repairs just weeks ago .
Ms Jessica Arthur was professional and extremely courteous I can say she dealt with both of my incidents with patient and put up with my misunderstandings my ups and downs with respect and patience made me feel important and that she was there to help me.
