OMG!! This is the best real estate firm on the island of Barbados. The level of excellence from their staff is impeccable. They accommodated us so well that I wondered if they were here in the United States with me and not in Barbados. They walked us through every step of the process and it was seamless and flawless. I recommend that you use Island Gold Realty in any of your real estate transactions if you want quick accurate and seamless results. Thanks again ladies for everything that you did and are still doing to accommodate us.

no water or electricity frequently. power has gone out once a month at least. water has been out every night for the last month, starting at midnight through 5am. sewage backed up into my place making it unusable for a night. overpriced, bad service, can't get housekeeping in here following the natural disaster of the la soufriere volcano eruption which coated everything in ash. management won't explain which times maintenance or housekeeping will come, was told housekeeping was optional but then they showed up anyway randomly one day a month later anyway with zero notice or communication with me. all this so say, very sporadic and unreliable communication between myself and the management. management won't assist financially or otherwise with any of these frequent issues. if you're used to the first world amenities like having water, or the decadent luxury of having electricity, don't stay here.
