Worst food I ate on the island. $32 for tasteless chicken and rice so hard and old…. The cashier was so unfriendly. Whatever you do, don’t eat here.

The service is decent but the jerk chicken was closer to cardboard - it was bland and dry. Try another food vendor.

As in many places in Barbados, they're very unhappy when they need to deal with customers and do something for them. It feels like they're doing you a favor. Only problem is, you're paying good money. At least we got food here as the lads at the pizza place couldn't be bothered to get up and take an order as they were on their phones. Subway seemed to have a longer queue.

I arrived at the airport after a very long and tiring day. I had a late afternoon flight out for home. I decided to grab some food as I haven’t eaten all day from island grill. Man were the ladies amazing. They really lifted my mood with their service and warmth, I even made a comment “after a day like today- I deserve a hug” and one of the young ladies ran from the back - removed her apron and had her arms out. It was so so sweet of her as she didn’t realize such a small gesture and her hug honestly made me feel so much better. I didn’t expected that but she was so sweet and shared some kind words. I just wanted to say that lady is a champion and I appreciate you.🫶🏼♥️. Thank you for your continued service. Love An Inter-Caribbean Flight Attendant.

The worst food I’ve had in Barbados, possibly my life. The sweet potato fries seemed like they had been ‘fried’ a few days ago, and the veg (they were out of salad) could easily have spent the last few months on a compost heap. As for the fish, I can’t believe something had to die for that. Coupled with the fact that I witnessed one of their staff openly mocking a tourist, makes me think I’ll have to buckle up and have a Subway next time.
