I had the pleasure of having lunch at Jamaica 246 after recommendation from a friend,I must say I throughly enjoyed my meal, jerk chicken and peas and rice,its tasted like my granny old fashion rice,the chicken need more spice to.make it more jerky,all in all it was excellent.

Stopped in here on a visit to Barbados on the recommendation of Colleagues who patronize the establishment. I got in Barbados pretty late in the afternoon so options were few on the menu. I managed to get the jerk pork and pumpkin rice. The pork was well seasoned but a bit dry and the rice had too much ginger! Could be an off day but not a fan of the ginger rice at all. Portion sizes are adequate so you get value for money. Check them out and see for yourself...they're recommended! I was trying to upload the photos, however was unable to do so🤷🏽♀️

The food is okay nothing exceptional. Customer service was above average.
The interior need to be redesigned and brightened up a bit

The food was great, tasted really good, but my most important aspect of visiting any establishment is customer service. The line was slow and not one smile greeted me as I came to the counter (finally). I asked for something different from the menu and the cashier made faces because it was not a standard order! Jamaica 246 needs to up the ante with customer treatment.
