Great gym with a variety of diverse programmes for both indoor and outdoor options. Attractive membership options. Trainers are helpful and knowledgeable.

It's a small gym but well outfitted. It's clean and well ventilated. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and facilitating. They offer decent classes too. So in general its not bad value for money. It's got a community family vibe going on which is nice if you value that sort of thing. I hate cold impersonal gyms so that's a plus for me. There's also a cafe but no in house dining... but looks like that might be lined up for the future...at least I hope so. Would like to be able to come workout then stay a while to chill. Maybe when we're past the worst of Covid...fingers crossed I guess.

We trained here while we were on holiday. Great facility! Indoor and outdoor training areas with good ventilation. Friendly and welcoming trainers and members. Would recommend to anyone in and around Speightstown.

Great Little Fitness Center in Speightstown. The Owner does an EXCELLENT job of taking care of the Gym Members. This place has everything you need to meet your Fitness Goals.
