It's a small mall, I go there just for the $3 store, it lacks variety and there are lots of emty shop spaces. Please that the $3 store prices has gone up, prices on product vary.
The mall is clean and tidy with loads of parking. The guards at the entrance are friendly and helpful.

Mall is extremely quiet. It seems the mall has not caught the attention of a lot of shoppers therefore a lot of the businesses have moved out. It is a pity, since I think it is a very convenient location with loads of parking.
The Landlord needs to try to attract stores that people are aware of. In this way traffic will be generated and the unfamiliar stores should benefit from the generated traffic.

This mall has emence potential..recently I have notice alot of empty stores here. However the less, it's still a good place to shop even though it's limted.

KM is clean, nice music. I found a beautiful dress for dinner on my first visit. The Mall seems not to be frequented by many people which is sad therefore I have seen businesses moving out. There's a health store, barber (pleasant visit), Terrific $3 store, healthy food places, clothing stores, Lifetime Credit Union, etc. Give them a look up.
