I ordered 2 snack boxes on many occasions and I find that when they are out of biscuits or bread, they don't even give you something else instead like fries top up or something.
You pay the same $22.95 although an item is missing in your meal. They don't even call to say, well we are out of biscuits or corn and we have this item that is the same amount of money or get something else and pay extra cents. Nothing at all.
The delivery is fast and efficient for me I don't have to wait too long like before and great customer service from the drivers.

KFC is one of the worse places to frequent for food. Lots of people. Long wait, customer svs needs to be improved.

They are horrible. Terrible customer service. They keep on missing items from my orders, one day they didn’t deliver my food until the next day after having me on hold and transferring me from supervisors and different branches the previous night because of their mix up. Why am I calling YOU down for MY item? And I can’t owe KFC a cent!

So I went to collect an order for a co-worker which was done online and put in my name for easy collection. The pick-up time was for 12:25 pm. I went in at 12:22 and the cashier had the order next to the till but it had not been packed. Even though the cashier advised the server to pack the online order, she ignored her and served all who came in after me and paid at the till while I constantly asked whether the order would be packed soon. The server proceeded to tell me that I 'goh-a wait'. KFC and online orders clearly do not go together. My two stars are for the poor beleagured cashier who was clearly attempting to offer reasonable service but was sidlined by her co-worker. After calling my co-worker and asking her to call the manager to find out why I couldn't get the order in a timely fashion, the cashier turned away from the till and packed it herself. I told her that I knew it wasn't her fault but that of the imbexile behind her.

The worst branch of KFC in Barbados. Every time we go there they forget something from our order. The last time was a chick n share fry and two drinks. There are not enough negative stars
