Thanks for putting me off kfc for the rest of my life!
Horrible, unfriendly, unwelcoming staff that can’t even be bothered to talk to you, they just grunt at you and make noises.
The food was horrific, iv travelled to a lot of countries and this is definitely the worst place iv ever eaten in my life.

Have never waited for a fast food order that long anywhere else in the world. It’s a world braking record speed! Toilets closed :(
They are definitely short of staff. Shame on KFC to save on workers. Crowds waiting in line and one person taking orders and ONE distributing them in PICK hours. Impossible 🙅

Made an order for delivery and waited about 2.5 hours. Eventually called for an update to be told there were no drivers. As we had to leave the location we drove there, seems the order was just given to a driver who hadnt left yet. After speaking to the dispatcher we were told that the order would have to be voided and we have to ring it in at the checkout. We go into the store, wait in the line and explained the situation to the cashier, who rightfully went to check. She then informs us that the order which was justtttttt with a driver for delivery could not be given over to us we would have to ring in a new one and wait in the inordinately long times in store. Thanks but no thanks!!

Customers service experience had a lot to be desired. Not an engaging friendly personality. The attitude was look place your order, gave me the money next. No introductory or exit pleasantries at the cashier. The server has a bit more but still can do more to make the experience a pleasant one.

This is the worst thing eva smh that so nasty go the hell am I suppose to by a spicy zinger and get that I even see the girl pick the fries with her hand to put in a box
