I have had some bad experiences with Kfc’s in Barbados but this KFC was brilliant. Good Service and food was ready quick. The greatest part, most of menu was in stock 🫢. we came for a collection. Got back and was very tasty, credit where credit is due. Well done

Good morning,yesterday afternoon I experienced the worse service I've ever had at a kfc outlet, the incredibly long wait for food,the poor and slow service by the cashier, the supervisor that never showed up to talk to the customers or assist in helping get us out, the cashier was doing everything taking the orders and then packing them or going in the kitchen to find out what is ready which shows poor communication between them and her. Even the security officer had to go an see why she was doing everything and holding up the line. Extremely poor service.

The worst service I've ever received. Used the online service to order a delivery. The order confirmation was received by me at 18:41, informing me to expect delivery around 20:08, this is already a long wait, but hey-ho I'm on vacation and I'm not starving just wanted to try the KFC in Barbados. Well the time of this post is 22:27 and having checked the opening times for the store in Oistins it closed at 21:00, so I'm not getting a delivery. I have to confess that I am a long way from the store, google maps indicates that it is a 23 minute drive, however, if they were not able to complete the delivery they should have said so and I would have taken my business elsewhere. Instead they took the money. The number on the confirmation is a joke. It rings a few times and then cuts off.
I'm not going to bother to rewrite this post suffice to say the KFC arrived at 22:40, that is a FOUR hour wait!!!.
Well I'm not going to be ordering from KFC in Barbados again, I'm now probably not even going to be going into one of their restaurants.

3 hours from order to delivery is unacceptable. It was also stone cold and the drink wasn’t available. I went to the store and was offered a replacement however the service was shocking. The most unapologetic staff who need some training to work in hospitality. I was then told your not having a bottle drink your having this. There’s a way of wording “sorry we don’t have the bottle drink if it’s okay you can have this “. Chicken breast was also not available. By the look of the reviews the owner of this franchise should train their staff , re hire or close down.

I am very disappointed in this KFC, I have placed an order with them at 8:30pm, only for it to be 11:52pm and the order is still not here! I have called the restaurant and even called the driver Christian- no answer! Terrible service! I will never order from here again! You guys clearly stole my money!
