Fab pool and nice accommodations. Comfy beds with great aircon. Reasonably well equipped kitchen and very spacious with plenty of storage and a big fridge freezer. No large glasses or jugs though which would have been useful. Be aware there are no condiments provided. The starter pack is literally washing up liquid, loo roll and kitchen roll. No scourer/sponge or tea towel. No washing up bowl and no sinks have plugs! We stayed in 31. Hugh (night security) and Chloe (reception) were very helpful and arranged a late arrival for us and also allowed a late check out as our flight home was not until the evening. This is a very quiet location and despite it being fully booked there was never any problem getting sun beds by the pool, and no noisy guests. Everyone was very friendly and most are frequent/return visitors. Beaches, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Bus stops right near property. The Rubis petrol station a few minutes walk away has a well stocked 24hr minimart too. I highly recommend Grandenes for food (takeaway or eat in) best meal out we had all week. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Great spot for some winter sunshine. Very friendly and quiet. Good local amenities.

A hidden gem. Beautiful place to stay with good facilities in the villa and a nice pool. 5 minute walk to the nearest shop/beach and plenty of restaurants also walking distance. Recommend you book your stay with Chloe - she was fab and helped us out a lot with booking taxi's and our boat trip. Very friendly and helpful team. Highly recommended!

Great for Mullins beach and few bars - easy drive to speightstown and holetown. Quiet and staff very friendly. Pool lovely and apartments clean and tidy with AC in bedrooms - beds comfortable and parking for plenty of cars. Enjoyed the stay !

Amazing place. Everyone is so friendly and truly amazing. They really care for their guests. The villas are so comfy and spacious. Beach close by and pool is immaculate.
