I was excited and happy that you open on Sundays but I have to ask, why bother. Sometimes with only 2-3 cashiers long lines, can't find someone just to ask a question and with a plain look on they faces as if they don't want to be there. I'm definitely not please with the customer service . For me the best thing about Kooyman is the location but I will wait until a day in the week and shop else where . Just had enough ,please do better

Great selection of tools and materials. Best quality of lumber I've found compared to other stores. My only problem would be the delivery price. I live 5 minutes away from Kooymans yet $30. The other hardware stores do delivery much better

I have been to this store many times, the staff there are very friendly and nice. The one place I have not been is the delivery area. This is where you drive through and pick up your stuff. No staff around, the cashier does not know where anything is located, and she can never be found when its time to pay for items.I had to wait at least 1/2 hour standing around waiting for help. At one point she told me I had to go back into the store to get what I was looking for. Then other staff member told me I had to go back in to the warehouse. These people have too much time on their hands. All I can say is good luck trying to find something in the drive through because everyone is sitting around talking but not working..

It's a great place to get hardware and household items or supplies, and as far as Barbados goes, the prices are pretty decent. It's a lovely building and well kept with pleasant and friendly personnel.

Just visited the store that officially opened this week. It's very reminiscent of one of the home good superstore in the USA. Very well laid out and the pricing of some items translate well. They are going to make the local retailers raise their game. Very spacious and a very wide range of products on offer. Plus the first hardware drive thru in Barbados.
