Horrible customer service, I came at 10:30 and the assistant manager just pointed to the closed sign although it was during their opening hours. One of the sales associates kindly came over to the door and explained they were closed for stock taking.
I had gone to the mall just to buy something from MK and it was the 2nd time I went and they were closed during their online opening hours. The sales associate Shareen (maybe spelt wrong) was really helpful and even tried to help me during their stock taking but the assistant manager Ashley was extremely rude, dismissive and unhelpful and wouldn't allow Shareen to help.

Closed before 6:30pm when it’s supposed to close at 7pm. Trip advisor must hear about this.
