Wonderful experience with Miss. Nancoo! I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident that my son was receiving expert medical care. She is an amazing surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured my 13-year-old had a smooth initial consultation, surgery and follow-up and communication was exceptional. It is rare to find such a combination of professionalism and personal touch. HIGHLY recommend!
By the way, if you experience a "long wait time" as mentioned by another reviewer, it's because each patient is important and deserves the personalized care and attention offered by Caribbean Sports Orthopaedic Clinic Ltd. I prefer a little wait in exchange for outstanding quality care; over speed, incompetence and poor service.

We met Dr. Nancoo after an unfortunate incident where my Mom fell and fractured her femur while vacationing/ attending my Sisters wedding in Barbados recently. Being in another country and having to make quick medical decisions was stressful, to say the least. Dr. Nancoo not only made us feel at ease but she explained everything she was going to do so we could easily understand it. She scheduled the emergency surgery less than 48 hours after her fall. The surgery went great and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Mom was able to fly home to the US with us a few days later and is doing very well! I have never met a doctor who would respond immediately to our questions, even after we returned to the US. I can honestly say that this experience could have been a thousand times more stressful if it wasn’t for Dr. Nancoo and the staff at Bayview Hospital. Our family can’t thank her/them enough and highly recommend Dr. Nancoo for your ortho needs!!!! You will definitely be in good hands!!!!

A few months ago i started experimenting shoulder and elbow pains. After contacting my personal physician i was referred to a local orthopedic sport’s specialist in Trinidad. At consultation he performed several tests on me and made recommendations for treatment which i wasn’t comfortable with and needed to research before going any further. It was recommended that i contact Dr Nancoo whose clinic is in Barbados. Thank God I did. I travelled to Barbados from Trinidad and have not regretted it one bit her knowledge and expertise is second to none. Her treatment suggestion and advice was on point. I was treated and sent for therapy. Pains have not gone completely however i am well on my way to make a full recovery with continued therapy. Thank you Dr Nancoo you have made my quality of life a whole lot better your staff were quite friendly and helpful keep up the good work and may you and your practice go from strength to strength.

Miss Nancoo is word of mouth highly regarded in her field in Barbados... BUT the time management of her office is inconsiderate and disrespectful at BEST. Why call and offer an appointment at 3.30 then have me sit in your waiting room for two hours without so much as an apology? A simple message BEFORE I arrived, to let me know the appointments were backed up so I didn't lose 2 hours at work for no reason, would have sufficed. Apparently a patient's time is far less important than a medical professionals time. Highly regarded or not, I cannot recommend her... I do not appreciate having two hours of my valuable time wasted without even an attempt to explain or apologise.

We met Dr. Nancoo for the first time on November 18, 2019 with an emergency for my husband. We left her office knowing he was in the best hands and she surely proved herself with the surgery. Thanks and blessings to Dr. Nancoo.
