I have sent 3 emails and left messages trying to get an answer on a very simple query (that is not on their website). No one responds.

The people that work here do not deserve to be employed, they belong behind the kfc counter. You can't deal with the elderly's retirement social security and be rude and not do your job. I expect better service in war torn countries than this place. This is a disgrace to the nation

In the car park security pointed out where to park 30min before opening time. Security inside asked why I was there and got me the form to fill out all before opening time. I was directed to where I needed to go for registration and in less than 5minutes I was issued my card. Service could not have been better - Outstanding 🇧🇧

No one answers the call, right away I should say maybe 30 mins to 45 mins listening to the advertising song playing over and over passes the time... Nope just make things feel like a watching the grass grow. But upon they answering the phone the PRECISION, ACCURACY, PROFESSIONALISM, THOUGHTFULNESS makes up for the waiting *CLAP CLAP* one place that has a negative in the begininng has a very big POSITIVE 4 stars to conduct your business or queries.

To get to this point you have to select a star, the contact centre should not have receive that one star. I was on the line for sixteen minutes and the line was not answer.
This is how we are, I pay my NIS and with covid I can not leave to come there. You all can do better. You should do better.
