Tyrone is always helpful, atmosphere in Trident House is always warming. The staff always assist and is eager to provide any information that is needed for what you desire. Affirmative, courteous, etc always a pleasure to enter Nature's Discount

Shaquan did not appear as passionate and hence, not as helpful as some of the other representatives I have encountered at the Trident Branch. He can improve on his customer relations skills.
