To Whom it May Concern: For more than a decade I have had excellent friendly experiences with customer service personnel at your branches. However, on 23/04/25 around 16:37pm, I was treated with total disrespect and unprofessional behaviour from Aa, at your Sheraton branch. On April 19, I bought my monthly products which included Ormus Supergreens. On opening the cap (at home) I noticed that the seal was broken, with visible perforated holes across the top. of the seal. It looked as if the seal was tampered with. On 23/04/25 when I attemped to exchange the product for one that was not compromised (which the other attendant had found), Aa refused to exchange it, noting that I had taken it home, and that she was "following rules." I enquired about your return policy and Aa said it was within seven (7) days. I then requested to speak to a superviser whom Aa said was not at the store. I asked her to make a call to her and she did. Instead of allowing me to speak to the person on the phone Aa proceeded to give her reasons why she would not exchange the product, including that it was a "manufacturing error". I could not tell what was being said at the other end of the phone. However, Aa ended the call, said she would make the exchange, but sought to reprimand me first, stating that she would do the exchange once, but if I did it again, the exchange would be refused. Why? Why not? While there was no valid reason for this poor customer service, I am hoping that with some intervention/training/discussion Aa would be better prepared to manage any future incidents which she may encounter. I am Chris. I made a purchase this afternoon from the Sheraton location. The customer associate, Ashley, was very helpful and took the time to explain to me how several of the products work. Kudos to Ashley for her excellent customer service, and thanks to Natures Discount for providing a wide variety of supplements for all categories of people.

As soon as we entered the store, Natalie was ready to assist us and others who came in after us. She is very mannerly and knowledgeable.
