Oasis Ital is vital. I’m not even vegan but this my favorite meal/experience since moving to barbados. This is a special place built on good energy and daily specials for anyone. Typa place u come for the food and stay for the vibes.

Absolutely delicious food. Just be sure to bring cash for payment.
We arrived at 6pm for dinner and were lucky to nab the last 2 portions. We opted for large portions - these really are filling! The food tastes amazingly fresh and hearty, all whilst being healthy. There is a certain depth to the flavours that is not easy to come by. We loved the spelt fritters in particular. My partner is typically a huge meat-head but he loved the meal so much that we have plans to return - that is testament to how great the food is.
You can also buy natural juices with your food. We had the papaya and strawberry & blueberry ones and they were delightful.
Kyle (apologies if spelled wrong) who runs the shop is very welcoming and friendly.

I love love loved this place!! It’s a small, off the highway hut that offers a vegan dish of the day. I had the vegetable stew in coconut milk. It was delicious and nutritious. The seating is in a vibrant garden with Buddha statues. It’s a wonderful place to stop along your drive.

The best ital food in Barbados! Location is gorgeous and Kelly is a unique , high vibration soul, cheffing up the most healing and tasty food. Thank you, always.

Amazing and tasty food in a peaceful sanctuary. Kelly is extremely friendly and puts his heart and soul into the food and drinks. Also very reasonable prices.
