I have been scammed by this company, paying insurance for life and injury, was injured since may 2024, submitted a claim since July 2024 and still no follow up call about claim , not even to ask if I am okay, I would never refer this company to anyone going forward as I would have done in the past as I would be misleading them. It's funny how they send you a payment reminder but no correspondence to update you on a claim if one is submitted.
No wonder people are no longer buying insurance, you would be better off buying a policy from sagicor atleast they follow up .

A wonderful business with good customer service and a great management team, which wants the best for their customers, staff and financial advisors. The financial advisors are top class!

Poor customer service (particularly over the telephone).
The lady I spoke to was very unmannerly. Would change Insurance places eventually.

Had to wait for nearly an hour. Arri've about 915 didn't get through til after 1015 Don t know if short staff or vacation
