Went today to get not one but two pairs of shoes for my kids But 2 out of 3 staff members i had close incounters with wasn't so friendly or helpful, only the older more mature lady with glasses and a low hair style that greeted me on my way into the store look busy with a whole lot of boxes surrounding her then the other two. The brown skin guy i was trying to get his attention while he was shifting around lady hand bags after two attempts i had to walk over to him to get his attention and upon me getting to him and was on my way back over to where i was inquiring about a shoe he stood over the samw place and said in an very unpleasant way ( I listening ) at this piont i was trying to show him the shoe and he wasnt even looking in my direction. Went into another aisle the other staff member which was a dark young lady With a low blonde hair style Pass me and didn't ask me if i needed any help or if i getting through, wasn't impressed with the service at this bridegtown store at all, I've been to haggett hall & Seraton and got way better service the this.
I dont know if they were having a bad morning or just the monday morning blues.
I do commend the older lady she was a bit of help in regards to listening to what i had to say and how i shop for my children shoes .

It was a really nice environment, staff was really cool ... I mean I was a lil too hot and the lady was like just chill in the AC for a bit. They also have a pretty good variety of size 15 shoes to which my friend greatly appreciated.

Payless have a wide variety of shoes for all ages for men and ladies nice strong and classy. I bought a pair that i am in love with with glass heels they are so elegance

Payless like it needs staff. There was no-one on the floor. The cashier had to assist me after cashing several customers.
The prices however are great!!!

Not every good at all when to Welches today first there was no staff on the floor , cashier completely ignored us and then when we ask for help it was like she didn't want to help which is surprising because the staff is always so helpful , to tell the truth if i was a first time customer i wouldn't go back but i know there are some really helpful staff who works there but that young lady needs a bit more training
