Bajan Heights is a beautiful property in the gated community of Royal Westmoreland. We booked through Top Villas and they were helpful in getting our Fasttrack purchased for the airport, our transfers to the villa, and arranging starter groceries. They also booked a couple of excursions for us. Next time, I probably would book the excursions directly because things got a little confused. We also had a snafu with the car they booked for us. Top Villas is not on site so my recommendation would be book all the local things directly. We opted for hiring the chef and the housekeeper which made this a REAL vacation. The house was always spotless. Ana, our housekeeper, was so sweet. She wanted to make sure we enjoyed our vacation and she wasn't the least bit intrusive. She did our laundry EVERY day. If we put something in the laundry basket, it was back cleaned and folded the next morning. Yvonne, our chef, cooked delicious meals for us. Meals always taste better when you don't have to cook them yourself. :) We had the option of her making either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner each day except Sunday. She also did the grocery shopping. That was a real luxury. If you want all of the groceries on your main bill, they will charge it to their credit card, but they also charge and extra 10% fee. We opted to give her cash and she would bring back the receipts. This worked well and saved us some money. The house was beautiful and the pool is really big for a single family home. You have an ocean view from the top floors, but not really from the main level. The top floor had a master suite (king) and it was connected to another room with 2 twins also with it's own bathroom. That would be a great set up for someone with small children. You can close the door and use them as totally separate bedrooms. Also upstairs is another king bedroom/bathroom. The main level had a king bedroom, an office space with a working printer, very large living area, smaller TV room that you can close off and run the AC, and kitchen. The very large dining area is off the kitchen and is outside. The patios on the main level are expansive and there is a pool table which was fun. There are also lots of puzzles and some games (bananagram). Beside the pool is another free standing king bedroom and bathroom. It is a beautiful room and had the most comfortable bed. On the other side of the pool is a bar and a half bath. There was plenty of sun and shade for lounging by the pool. Behind the pool is an enormous, flat, grassy backyard. All of the grounds were very lush with streams, waterfulls, and tropical plants. The neighborhood is a great place to walk/run if you like to exercise. They have a trail you can follow which takes you off the road on a hike which was right at 3 miles. The house comes with guest passes for 6 people to the beach club at the Fairmont Hotel. This was a short car ride from the house. They had nice beach chairs (bring your own towel) with very thick cushions. There is also a small outdoor cafe that serves drinks and lunch. There are a few other restaurants that you can walk to from that beach. Some things I like to know about the house I'm renting: There was bug spray and sunscreen there to use. Probably left by the last guests. We left our extra. Beach towels were provided. The coffee maker is a standard drip coffee maker. There is a portable Bose speaker. There is a large grocery store (Massey) that was close. There were ATMs inside the store. There were not any beach bags provided. We brought our own, but most places that are in a beach location that you have to fly to provide them. Each room had tissues, a hair dryer, small shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. No bars of soap. The electrical outlets are the same as the US. We visited the first two weeks of February 2024. The weather was sunny 77-84 every day with a good bit of wind. This house was beautiful and the staff made this a truly relaxing vacation for all of us.

Idyllic. Beautiful surroundings, gorgeous views. Just totally relaxing. Pool bar, loads of outside seating. We were able to party outside during a rainstorm and remain completely dry while enjoying the view. Wow!
