The head office in Collymore is very slick. Service centre works well and I have to give them credit for offering the best rate for oyr car insurance on the island.

Takes months to apply for health insurance with this company. Utterly absurd. What's the point of being in the business of insurance if you are risk averse? Insurance literally involves taking on risk. They expect customers to bend over backwards for them before they will approve an insurance application... as if we should be grateful. Sagicor, you do know that we PAY for your insurance, RIGHT?

Very quiet. Not many visitors because of the pandemic. PPE in use everywhere and very good distancing. The service never wavered. Still efficient and pleasant. Someone will probably look at this post a few years from now and wonder what in the world is ppe.

Pamela Johnson-Cove went above and beyond to assist my dad & I. Pamela searched for a policy to suit my dad and walked us through the application, mobile app setup. Pamela was very knowledgeable about the life insurance products.
