We were walking by looking for a place to get dinner and saw that Sake was open. When we walked in we found out that they were testing their menu and preparing their staff for the big opening on Monday the 17th of March. We were very pleasantly surprised with an amazing dinner. The food was prepared to very high standards. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Because of having a great experience for dinner, we went back to try their lunch menu. We had Ramen and it was extremely tasty. We are going back once more for dinner before the end of our trip as we have to try more things from their menu. I totally recommend this place. You won't regret it.

First of all yall know I'm big on customer service and Shawn our waiter was great. ( big up yaself bud) I love the attention to detail they took designing this place, the door handles that's a samurai sword, the lovely painting that flows along the walls inside, the table setting everything was nice. Now, the food. FANTASTIC. There's nothing more to be said it really was great. ( guys order the Japanese whiskey you won't regret it but let it breathe a little bit first)

Absolutely loved the food! We visited during their soft opening, and while the service was a touch slow (understandably!), our waitress was fantastic. Highly recommend, thanks to Kim from Northampton's tip!

Sake provides an exceptional dining experience. The customer service was outstanding, with the hostess demonstrating expertise and providing helpful recommendations. The establishment offers a diverse selection of sushi, sashimi, and sake. To ensure availability, advanced reservations are strongly recommended.

First time there yesterday evening March 12, 2025. What a wonderful culinary experience. Chef Scott hits a home run with this Japanese/Asian offering. A lot of my favs, from dim sum to sushi with Singapore noodles in between. It will become a regular go to visit, even though I’m travelling in from the west coast. Worth the drive
