There is no customer desk being staffed, so you have to line up for ages and wait on a cashier to deal with a general question

Poor service on ALL levels. They have a customer service number which clearly is linked for all Scotiabank customers as the agents who anser the phone are not from Barbados. YET they are providing information for clients.
Followed their customer service advise, went to Coconut Walk, waited for about almost an hour to be then told that no the info they gave was incorrect so you can't be seen today and come back next week.
Absolute waste of time!!

Me and my mom visited the bank for online banking the guard told me to wait on a gentleman name Alwin while waiting i discovered he had two customers before me who were full of praises of him when he finally got to us he apologized for the wait which i appreciated ,he got us enrolled he was patient and full of knowledge about the service and explained it so simple for us that my mom is an pro. he is truly a GEM!! an epitome of customer service.

Service is painfully slow. Trying to contact someone to schedule an appointement is non existent...and it takes for ever for someone to respond to your email or phone calls. Looking to deal with another bank other then scotia. very unprofessional.
