SERMAC Dry Cleaning

The living room curtains in our guest house needed cleaning before the arrival of our guest and SERMAC was able to clean them within two days, while other dry cleaners stated at least a week! Carlotta was very helpful and friendly. The place itself is quaint and they don’t accept credit/debit cards. Parking is also very limited and tricky to get in/out since it’s right by the Oistins main road, but the service more than makes up for it. Very happy with the results and will be using them again moving forward!

Sermac did a fantastic job for me. All washing clean, dry, ironed & returned. A first class service. The lovely lady in there was so accommodating & did a very quick turn around as I was flying the next day. I highly recommend Sermac Oistins to all visitors to Barbados before you travel home - you will not be disappointed & will be delighted that you did.

I took some clothes to this laundry in Oistins to be dry cleaned. One came back with the makeup mark on it and looked like something happened to the fabric on the front. The other one had spots on it. I spoke to Carlotta who told me the policy was to make a complaint within 24 hrs. I told her I collected on the Saturday and only realized the problem the next day Sunday when I going to put on one of the dresses for church. I told her that normally with other laundries that I have used they would advise the customer if they couldn’t get a mark out I didn’t see such notification so I incorrectly assumed all was well as this was my first time using their services. She said she would speak to the manager. I called twice during the week and carlotta told me she was still waiting to hear back from the manager so I decided to contact the manager myself . When I called she said she didn’t know of the issue because Carlotta had not told her but advised me to take the clothes back to Oistins and she would advise them to clean them over. This was the Friday 29 November and I was told I would get them back by the following weekend as Saturday was Independence Day -a holiday. I called to find out if my clothes were ready on 5 December and Carlotta told me she received the clothes but had no instructions about what to do with them so they were sent to the Baxter’s road location. Here I am on 12 December to collect my dresses . One still has the mark on it. I Spoke to the manager at Baxter road Ms Harris who was annoyed because I told the attendant that I may have to go to social media about this experience and reminded me that we as customers need to read the fine print. Nevertheless she has agreed to look at them. I Will see what is the outcome. The outcome will determine if I ever use this service again or recommend this laundry service.

The parking lot is very limited however an excellent service is provided.

Ok service, but I thought that it was quite pricey. Which was strange because it did not seem like a high-end service location.
