We have visited Barbados over 20 times, first stay at Southern Surf. Great location across from Rockley Beach, clean updated rooms, private pool area and outstanding personal service. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and grocery store. We have booked for next year already.

This facility is your best home away from home. It is quiet, intimate, calm, and relaxing. It is in a perfect location; close to restaurants, and groceries depending on your preferences. We like to cook and relax in our room some nights and dine out other nights. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our time in Barbados so very special. This is a must visit again facility. Thank you!

Southern Surf is a hidden Gem, steps from Rockley Beach. Exceptional value, excellent location, everything you need is within walking distance. (Gas Station, dozens of restaurants, pharmacies, Starbucks, and lots of local shops. Not to mention multiple popular beaches) The pool and social area (in picture) provide a great gathering area for Southern Surf guests and provides both sunny and shady areas to suit all needs. New community BBQ onsite if you feel like cooking for yourself. A little bit of home on vacation. See you next year Andrew and Trudy!!!!!! Thanks for your hospitality!

I have stayed at southern surf a few times now and I can honestly say this place is the best I have stayed at in all my visits to barbados. The location is the absolute best. Close to the main road to catch the vans or bus. Close to restaurants and or bars and just down the street from ATM and or supermarket. The rooms are extremely clean and the water pressure in the shower is to die for :) I appreciate that especially when you have alot of hair to get that sand out. The rooms are secure and safe. All rooms are equipped with everything you need for daily cooking. The pool area is soo clean and has wonderful loungers. Has plenty of room for shade and or If you like the sun. Andrew and Trudy are amazing ! Can't wait to return.

We booked this deluxe studio apartment through email to the owner Andrew, with full kitchen, balcony overlooking our favorite beach, the Acura beach, right across the street. The room was spotless. The beds were comfortable had a fully remodeled bathroom with rainhead shower, beach towels provided. Great little dressing table with Mirror to sit and do your hair and make up. Excellent Wi-Fi and cable television with American channels like fox ABC, NBC, CBS and plenty of Wi-Fi for streaming Netflix etc. air-conditioning powerful kept us plenty cool. Maid service every 3 rd day, perfect. Safe in room. Beautiful sunsets from our balcony or the beach across the street. And Andrew, the owner met us there, sent our luggage up on the Luggage elevator And even drove us to the minimart down the street at 11 o’clock at night to get stuff for breakfast since we had a refrigerator and a full coffee maker we were able to stock up! Trudy at the front desk not only helped us find a rental car at a great price but also brought us a cooler from her own home to use on the beach. We already have an apartment on hold for a month next February. Would stay there again and again it was super safe. Pool was very nice as well and the free parking. Free books to borrow too! Washer and dryer on site. Chair Rentals available on the beach across the street from two different vendors one being the tiki bar where they will also give you a $25 credit that you can use for food or drink making it just $10 per couple for two chairs, an umbrella and a table . Excellent value, compared to hotels, close to restaurants, and three grocery stores, Massey, Trimart and Clifton We would highly recommend it. Thank you Andrew and Trudy!
