We visited this location on most days during our stay in Barbados, very disappointed by the customer service and really is a place where service doesn’t come with a smile.
Two stars due to consistent tasting drinks but the location lacks atmosphere and the air con wasn’t working upstairs.
Positives to this place is the parking and the customers are friendly. Needs some serious customer service improvements.

One word - Disappointing. My first time buying something from the store and I was forgotten. It wasn't even busy. 😭😪 After several people got their orders. They finally got to me and not even an apology when they finally remembered. I waited over 15 minutes for a coffee drink that wasn't even blended. The best part of the visit was dealing with the person at check out. Will I be back... doubt it.

I definitely need coffee in order to survive! I usually just drove by due to the lines but I got lucky today, no lines... Great customer service and the staff is very welcoming. Got a espresso drink and a treat. In desert heaven now.

It was quite good but I have had better in my opinion and a bit pricey but that’s to be expected. Middle of the road for me via Italia coffee house

Nice location with plenty of seating upstairs. Drinks were made well, however I found the breakfast bagel a little too greasy, although still tasted pretty good.
