Me and my wife were made to feel unwelcome straight away by a member of staff twice asking us to move in an aggressive tone so she could sweep the floor but not asking anyone else then while queuing the local couple were served before us even tho we had been in the shop waiting to be served before they even came in, the lady making the sandwiches was wearing a face mask so we couldn't hear or understand what she was saying and when asking her to repeat herself she became very unfriendly and even refused to hand over our waffles and gave them to the other lady to give us, very questionable staff choices and I couldn't believe anyone would hire people like that, dare I say it borderline racist

Made my order, and in ten minutes approximately I was out with my three foot longs, The servers were professional and there was no side talking whilst the service was being rendered.

Staff seems not willing to accommodate customer requests
Handling meat n veg (separate orders/different customer) with the same gloves... Become noticably offended when asked not to do so...
Asked for Sprite and got Coke... So I won't be going back to that particular sub-way!

My daughter said the experience was "beautiful." It was definitely worth spending my money there. The two young ladies were very professional and helpful while assisting my daughter as she was choosing her tuna sub. Mannerism was very rewarding and they seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Thank you
