We are currently staying at the Butterfly Beach and have eaten at the Reef a couple of times, as well as having drinks in the evening. We have so far received fantastic service, Jennifer, Stacey and Jahblessed have all been very friendly and attentive. The food has been delicious, the cocktails are great and the views are spectacular. As we've still got 10 more days here we'll definitely be eating and drinking here some more.

Couldn’t fault the reef, the food is fantastic and the staff are super friendly! I literally couldn’t pick a fault. 10/10 for food/drinks and 1000000/10 for staff member Jennifer who greeted us kindly from day 1 and so on

The restaurant is absolutely fabulous. The food is packed full of flavour with a variety of choices. The staff have been absolutely wonderful from day 1.

We stayed here at the Butterfly Hotel and ate lunch here our first day. They were out of several items, so I eventually settled for a burger and my wife had a salad. Poor quality food and even poorer service. The people serving you make you feel like you are putting them out to request a table, request to order, etc. Very slow and lazy service. The setting itself is pleasant, so this could be a nice restaurant if they would just up the quality of food and service. Typical of what you often find with a hotel restaurant which gets its clietele from within the hotel and doesnt have to excel to bring in business. We did not eat here again for the rest of our stay due to the poor quality food and poor service. There are few restaurants nearby and you have to walk a busy road to get to them, which explains why they are usually busy.

Plenty of empty tables, but being a single lady dining there, I was placed around the side, and not allowed on an empty table nearer the sea. Service generally slow and poor, even though the restaurant was quiet. Portion was a pretty small starter.
