Cost u less is here and Wok Up which is a great noodle place. A few other franchise stores and Hallmark as well for those gifts and cards for special occasions. A nice outdoor strip plaza. Parking can be a challenge at times. Otherwise serves its purpose well

First, it's close to where I live so it's very convenient. It's a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Here you will find a variety of Shops, restaurants and the buying Club Cost U Less. It is usually well manicured and the surrounding environment clean and tidy.

Awnings to shade customers from the sun should be installed. Built like a strip mall so you have to enter and exit each store. Can be challenging when the sun is beaming down. The mall site is not elevated so you do not have the natural breezes to keep the area cool. I prefer to shop when I'm most comfortable. Or plant more trees not bushes.
