I apparently visited when the staff that were on duty had an "off day". Brief acknowledgement to a Miss Grace( I can't recall the name exactly) who answered the telephone and redirected me to the sales center. However the poor customer service and lackadaisical attitude I received was an absolute turn off.

Fantastic colours, mostly great service but yesterday i bought eleven 65 lbs pails of trowel plastic and was charged for delivery even though the add stated delivery is free if you purchase 3/5/10 pails. Kept trying to reason with the sales lady and she refused to listen. I gave her my card and she charged for delivery. Manager please help.

Business model seems to be lackadaisical. A promised 2-6 week waiting period for a product from Oct 5 2023 has been extended to January 2024 with no guarantee on when delivery can be expected. Just plain shoddy treatment of customers especially when you’re demanding payment up front.

Good service, wide range of colors to choose from. Trowel plastics takes a minimum of 5 days to process and the colors are as seen in the catalogs. I had no issues when I purchased my products.

The receptionist was not very knowledgeable about the products. She could smile a bit more,but the chap who mixed the product I needed was very very nice and helpful.
